Job Responsibilities Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Generate plan of care to address activity limitations Establish specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-based goals Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff Implement evidence- based practice guidelines in patient care Measure and track patient outcomes and intervention effectiveness Prompt and accurate completion of documentation Educate patients on prognosis, home exercise programs, and self-management techniques Required Skills & Qualifications Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program Eligible to apply for North Carolina Physical Therapy license Competence to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment Passionate about helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues Ability to evaluate, carry out, and progress a skilled treatment plan Completion of FYZICAL's Balance Level I online curriculum prior to the first week in clinical care Open to new grads and experienced therapists Collaborative, team-oriented mindset fostering a positive and inclusive work environment Company Description FYZICAL North Ramsey is unlike any therapy clinic you've been to before.
