ARE YOU THE ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR? Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited program Eligible for state licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) Strong interest and passion for working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a clinical setting Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, etc AVERAGE DAY AS AN ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST You move fluidly through your day, balancing thoughtful sessions with clients of all ages : children, teens, adults, couples, and families both in-person and via telehealth. You take pride in tailoring treatment plans that reflect each client's unique journey and cultural background. With each session, you apply evidence-based strategies to help clients build resilience and insight. Your documentation is thorough and timely, and your collaboration with peers and outside providers ensures every client receives well-rounded care.
