Minimum Qualifications : Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or institution. A valid license in Occupational Therapy from the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board

Salary : Commensurate with education and experience + Generous Benefit Package
