Speech Language Pathologist

We’re seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our supportive, experienced SLP team on the day shift—with no weekends and only occasional holidays. This exciting role offers a diverse diagnostic and treatment caseload across inpatient and outpatient settings, serving individuals from ages 0 to 99. Ideal candidates have experience with dysphagia and Modified Barium Swallows; SLP certification/licensure is preferred.

In this role, there is opportunity to -

• Provide individualized speech-language pathology evaluations and treatments to clients based on their specific needs and diagnoses.
• Document accurate, timely progress notes and maintain professional records for all clients receiving speech-language services.
• Coordinate evaluation, treatment, and scheduling of clients to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Prepare detailed diagnostic and evaluative reports, including treatment recommendations for each client assessed.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and organizational standards, including licensure, CEUs, and certifications.
• Participate in professional development activities, in-service trainings, and community education as assigned.
• Adhere to organizational policies, including HIPAA, the Code of Conduct, and Corporate Compliance Program requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
