Job Summary:

We seek a skilled professional with a strong understanding of anatomy to assess client needs and deliver effective pain management and relaxation treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage therapy and skincare (facials and waxing) and excels at providing personalized, rejuvenating experiences in a med spa setting.

Applicants must hold a Massage Therapy License and an Esthetics License. Additional training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and team members warmly, sincerely, and promptly.
Open/closing cleaning (as needed when the front desk is off).
Recommend spa products and treatments tailored to guests' needs.
Provide exceptional 60/75/90/120-minute massage therapy services.
Listen to clients' preferences during appointments and adjust techniques accordingly.
Demonstrate a passion for improving clients' health and well-being.
Start and end services on time, ensuring correct client appointments.
Maintain the confidentiality of guest and company information.
Train and support employees as needed
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Uphold high standards of customer service, quality, and integrity.
Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
Stay connected through the company Slack for updates and discussions.
Arrive on time, professionally dressed, and prepared to represent the company.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Be reliable, punctual, goal-oriented, and passionate about your work.
- Opening/Closing shifts need an additional 15 minutes prior to and after for
  - Unexpected issues in opening/closing
  - Earlier/later appts
  - Enough time to make sure that Spa is cleaned and ready for your client
Treat clients, coworkers, and management with respect and professionalism.
Operated the point-of-sale system and assisted with client check-in and check-out.
Keep treatment rooms and spa areas clean and organized.
Restock supplies as needed and assist with laundry during shifts.
Report equipment failures or maintenance needs promptly.
Communicate potential concerns or issues with management proactively.

Qualifications:

Licensing: Active Colorado State Massage Therapy & Esthetician License. (1 yr + required)
Insurance: Provide your Certificate of Insurance.
Bonus: if they can do lamentations and eyebrow tints, lash lifts
