School-Based Occupational Therapist - WA

Sunbelt is hiring a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing essential services to students at an exceptional school district near Tumwater, Washington. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and adolescents!

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 35 hours a week
• Duration: School year commitment, with potential for renewal

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy services as per students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports

Requirements:

• Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
