Pediatric School Speech Pathology Carlinville, Illinois

Providing speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting, this role supports a diverse student population across a small district area. The position involves delivering onsite therapy to a caseload of 50-60 students with a variety of speech and language disabilities, contributing to their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy within educational or healthcare settings.
• Ability to deliver effective onsite services in a school environment.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.

Location and Schedule:

• Position is based in Carlinville, Illinois.
• Full-time contract for the 2025-2026 school year.
• 37.5 hours per week, onsite in the district.
