Massage Therapist

Bella Medisculpt Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Massage Therapist to join our growing post-operative wellness team. This role focuses on post-surgical lymphatic drainage and therapeutic bodywork for clients recovering from cosmetic procedures.

Must be female due to the intimate nature of post-operative care and patient comfort.*

Duties

Key Responsibilities:
Post-op experience a plus willing to train the right candidate.
Perform post-op lymphatic drainage massages and body treatments
Safely handle bodily fluids and occasional presence of blood
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and professional boundaries
Support patients through their healing journey with care and empathy
Collaborate with nurses and other providers in a clinical wellness setting.
Assess client conditions through consultation and create personalized treatment plans.
Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and occupational health to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their experience.
Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in patient records.
Stay updated on the latest techniques in pain management and wellness practices to enhance service offerings.Requirements
Valid massage therapy license/certification from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Previous experience in a med spa environment is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
