This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a structured K-12 school setting located in Phoenix, AZ. Serving a diverse student population, the role requires skilled professionals dedicated to supporting communication development and speech improvement.
The contract spans the regular school year, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You will be joining a collaborative team of three onsite SLPs committed to providing quality speech and language services. This role supports students across a broad age range, delivering individualized therapy tailored to each student's unique needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating closely with educators and families to support student progress
- Delivering services through onsite and teletherapy formats as required
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reports
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in healthcare or pediatric settings
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed or in progress
- Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
