Licensed Occupational Therapist- Special Education Department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must meet certification requirements as specified in Bulletin 746.
• Must have a valid license to practice occupational therapy in Louisiana in compliance with R.S. 37:3001-3014, as administered by the Board of Medical Examiners.

APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE COPY OF ANCILLARY CERTIFICATE AND LAST TWO (2) COMPLETE EVALUATIONS.
