Logan Health Chester is looking for a Supervisor of Therapy Services whos ready to lead, support a small team, and care for patients in a place where every interaction feels personal. This isnt just a jobits a chance to step into a key role at the heart of a tight-knit rural hospital.

As our new Supervisor of Therapy Services, youll split your time between patient care and leadership responsibilities. Youll see patients of all ages, from young kids to older adults in their 90s, treating everything from stroke rehab and post-op recovery to balance issues and farming injuries. Its a great fit for someone who enjoys rolling with the day, pitching in where needed, and finding purpose in the variety.

What Youll Do as Supervisor of Therapy Services

+ Lead and support a small team of therapy professionals, with a focus on physical therapy

+ Deliver direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

+ Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet the needs of a diverse patient population

+ Audit documentation and billing for accuracy and compliance

+ Oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and staff development

+ Help guide department planning, budgeting, and quality efforts

Who Were Looking For

+ Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana

+ At least 1 year of leadership experience

+ At least 1 year of clinical experience in a therapy setting

+ Current CPR certification

+ Strong communicator who works well with others and leads with professionalism

+ Someone who values small-town life and thrives in a setting where every day brings something new

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
