Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) California

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in California . This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a supportive school team and help students reach their full communication potential.

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Setting: K-12 school-based

• Location: California (specific district/location discussed during interview)

• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

• Start Date: ASAP or 2025-2026 school year

• Caseload: Based on experience and availability (mild to moderate)

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license (or eligibility)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Provide therapy and assessments for students with communication disorders

• Develop and implement IEPs

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff

• Maintain accurate records and documentation
