School Speech Therapist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting supporting students with diverse communication needs, including autism, ADHD, and nonverbal challenges. This contract position offers 37.5 hours per week with guaranteed hours, serving approximately 30-50 students. The role is based at a single building in Saint Paul, MN, and requires collaboration with a team of speech-language pathologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and various communication disabilities.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30-50 students effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Contract Details:
