A contract opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services in an elementary school setting. These full-time positions are for the upcoming school year and are ideal for clinicians passionate about supporting young learners in their communication development.
Location: Arvada, Colorado
Job Duration: Full school year (NSY) Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Colorado
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse needs and learning styles
