Location: Willard, Missouri
Schedule: Full-Time | 7.5 hours/day | 5 days/week
Caseload: Approximately 3540 students
Age Range: Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) through 4th Grade & High School
Work Sites: Two School Buildings

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a team for the upcoming school year. This full-time role offers the opportunity to serve students across two buildings, supporting a diverse caseload that includes both younger learners (ECSE through 4th grade) and high school students.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Provide therapy and progress monitoring tailored to individual student needs

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist Certification in the state of Missouri

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
