Job Description
A school district in Morristown, TN is seeking five full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) to support students across grades K-12. This contract position runs for the normal school year duration and offers the opportunity to work with diverse caseloads in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning for students.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification (SLP-CCC or current Clinical Fellowship Year status).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in a school setting.
