Job Description


A school district in Morristown, TN is seeking five full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) to support students across grades K-12. This contract position runs for the normal school year duration and offers the opportunity to work with diverse caseloads in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning for students.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification (SLP-CCC or current Clinical Fellowship Year status).
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in a school setting.

Duration: Normal School Year (Contract)
Caseload: Varied K-12 Student Populations
