Speech Language Pathologist-Acute Care Per Diem

Performs evaluations and develops treatments to those requiring Acute Care speech and language, and/or swallow services in an individualized goal oriented manor, while adhering to State Practice Acts.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cognitive and swallowing assessments
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Practices in an interdisciplinary approach

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Experienced in performing MBS assessments
• Outpatient experience as well

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited school for Speech and Language Pathology

License/Certification:

• MA license
• CPR
