Job Description
Occupational Therapist Role $2,320 per week
We're seeking a compassionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Aurora, Colorado. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of older adults through interdisciplinary, person-centered care.
What You'll Do:
- Provide evaluations, treatment, and care planning for older adults in the PACE center, homes, and other community settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence and prevent hospitalizations
- Participate in team meetings, develop care plans, and support long-term quality of life goals for participants
- Current NM Occupational Therapist license
- At least 1 year of experience with geriatric or community-based populations preferred
- Flexibility, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Experience with home safety assessments and adaptive equipment is a plus
