Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, customized massage therapy sessions that support client well-being and goals

• Create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for each guest

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

• Educate clients on wellness and self-care strategies

• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and professional ethics standards

• Communicate effectively with front desk and leadership team

• Participate in ongoing training and team development

Qualifications

• Must have completed or be currently enrolled in an accredited massage therapy program

• Must be licensed or actively pursuing licensure in the state

• Commitment to holistic healing and client-centered care

• Positive, team-minded attitude with strong communication skills

• Must be fully licensed/certified before performing services

• Weekend or evening availability preferred, but flexible
