• Monday through Friday, 8 am 4:30 pm or 8:30 am 5 pm 40 guaranteed hours weekly
• Average 12 patients daily with 2-3 new evaluations
• Outpatient setting
• 1:1 care with some dovetailing

• Focus on debility, post-CVA, pain management, and orthopedic treatments
