Full Time- Speech Language Pathologist- CCC or Clinical Fellow

Speech Box, a therapist-owned pediatric clinic, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! Whether you prefer the independence of a 1099 contractor or the stability of a W-2 employee, we offer both options your choice.

This role is perfect for an SLP who values flexibility, fair compensation, and a supportive clinical environment. Youll start part-time and have the opportunity to build into a full-time caseload at your pace.

Position Details:

Hourly Rate: $65/hour for direct therapy
No-Show Compensation: $20/session (when clients cancel late or no-show)
Schedule: 100% flexible set your own hours and availability
Start: Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time
Setting: In-person sessions at our Las Vegas clinic
Employment Type: You choose:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Deliver engaging therapy to pediatric clients
Collaborate with caregivers and team members
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active (or pending) Nevada SLP license
Pediatric and adult experience
Professional, dependable, and passionate about helping clients thrive
Strong communication and time management skills
