PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Cincinnati, OH | PRN (Per Diem)

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) passionate about enriching the lives of older adults? If so, we'd love to have you join our Rehab Team at a WellSpring community in Cincinnati, OH-where your clinical skills and compassionate care make a real difference.

Responsibilities

As a PRN COTA, you'll work alongside an Occupational Therapist to create and implement treatment plans tailored to each resident's unique goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping residents regain strength, independence, and confidence.

  • Documenting progress and maintaining productivity standards.

  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Supporting a positive and person-centered therapy ex

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

  • Current Ohio COTA license.

  • Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as needed.

  • Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus-but not required!
