Manages the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology and supervises personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Serves as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments. In partnership with the physician leaders, takes leadership role in planning, developing, marketing and evaluating all aspects of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Department in supporting the mission and strategic objectives of this program. Identifies and pursues gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:-Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.-Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.-Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.-Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.-Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership. Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
