Adult Diagnostic and Hearing Aid Audiologist

All Ears! Center is seeking an experienced audiologist to join our fast-growing, multi-disciplinary clinic. All Ears! Center is a non-profit clinic that provides comprehensive audiology services for patients of all ages and listening and spoken language speech therapy for pediatrics. We are seeking an audiologist to focus on adult diagnostic and hearing aid fittings using best-practices and clinical protocols. This position will include marketing to local practices to increase our adult services. The adult department will help to fund resources provided to our pediatric population to ensure all children have the equipment and services needed to meet their full potential. We are looking for a committed team player to join our expanding clinic who is excited to be a part of our non-profit mission.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic hearing evaluations
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including fitting, programming, and verifying hearing devices and other hearing solutions
  • Perform real-ear verification and evidence-based practices to ensure optimal hearing device outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support to patients by providing counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing health, device care, and communication strategies
  • At least 3 years of hearing aid fitting and dispensing experience preferred but not required
  • Complete timely documentation
  • Participate heavily in community outreach, educational events, or marketing initiatives to promote hearing health awareness and growth of the practice.
  • Stay current with advancements in audiology through continuing education and professional development
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice, including assisting with administrative tasks and workflow improvements as needed

  • Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) degree
  • Current license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Previous experience in a private practice setting. At least three years of experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and best practices and specific policies, including but not limited to HIPAA regulations
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail while working with integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and capable of effective prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Ability to maintain flexibility with office policies and procedures
