Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school-based team in San Jose, CA for the full 20252026 academic year. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students functional participation in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs

• Assist with implementing therapy programs and activities designed by the OT

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

• Track and document student progress and responses to intervention

• Support fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skill development

Qualifications:

• Associates degree from an accredited OTA program

• Current California COTA license required

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
