Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CF-SLP) for a full-time contract role in Englewood, Colorado for the 20252026 school year. This position will support elementary students in a collaborative, student-focused environment delivering high-quality speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students speech and language needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals

• Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings

• Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student learning

• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

• Complete required Special Education paperwork, including IEPs and Medicaid billing

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
