Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pell City, AL

Based in Pell City, AL, this role offers a contract term coinciding with the academic school year. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of approximately 75 students, including case management for about 30 students. Primarily serve elementary students, with roles extending to middle and high school students. Collaborate closely with two other Speech-Language Pathologists within the district. Provide direct therapy and assessments aligned with individual student needs. Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), supporting their professional development. Qualifications and Experience: Credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with relevant experience in school or healthcare settings. Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and deliver targeted interventions. Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with district team members. Willingness to supervise CFs and SLPAs, fostering a supportive learning environment. Work Schedule and Environment: Full-time commitment, 37.5 hours per week, during the school year.
