This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite in New Castle, DE, providing hands-on therapy that addresses activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as prevocational and vocational programs. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans focusing on cognitive disabilities and Autism. Implement therapeutic interventions targeting ADLs, prevocational, and vocational skills. Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational setting. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide support and training to caregivers and school personnel as needed. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant experience. Background in home health, teletherapy, healthcare, and school-based occupational therapy preferred. Experience working with high school students, particularly those with cognitive disabilities and Autism. Strong understanding of ADLs and vocational skill development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to provide onsite services consistently. Location: Onsite position in New Castle, Delaware, serving a high school population.
