About the Role:
Medadventures is seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You'll work to help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Adapt and recommend equipment or assistive devices to enhance daily living activities.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about patient-centered care and rehabilitation.
