Angels of Care currently has an opportunity for part-time or full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP). *Part-Time must complete 10-12v/week.

Pay Range: Up to $156,000 Job Description: A SLP Clinical Team Lead will assist Therapy Clinical Managers with clinical support of clinicians and discipline specific QA of new clinicians. Discipline leads will have the opportunity to further their leadership skills by attending leadership meetings and leading discipline specific meetings, as well as participating in and leading ongoing training opportunities. - QA recertification and re-evaluation notes and treatment notes for new clinicians for 30-90 days QA daily ST 60 day PNs, D/C, transfers and assist ST CM with QA for IE/RE Provide clinical support to same discipline clinicians in the Discipline Leads region Attend and participate in 1 leadership meeting per month Lead one discipline specific meeting per quarter Complete competency visits and shadow first initial evaluation for new same discipline clinicians in their region Audit one chart of a same discipline clinician in their region monthly Maintain full-time caseload (minimum 20 visits per week) OR part-time caseload Assist with planning quarterly in-person staff meetings and happy hours

- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
