We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support occupational therapists in delivering high-quality care across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives.
• Assist occupational therapists in patient assessments within the scope of state practice acts.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment interventions.
• Implement treatment plans developed by occupational therapists using evidence-based practices.
• Administer and record standardized tests as directed by the occupational therapist.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to patients of all ages under OT supervision.
• Rotate through treatment areas or facilities as needed to support organizational needs.
• Supervise clinical support staff in accordance with state regulations.
• Accurately complete charge and statistical documentation for services rendered.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the occupational therapist promptly
