Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do:

As a part-time Occupational Therapist on our Early Childhood Services team, you’ll work directly with children and families to support developmental progress through individualized, real-world care.

• Provide in-home and community-based services tailored to each child’s and family’s needs

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation including assessments, progress notes, DPH-compliant records, and billing

• Follow clinical recommendations and meet part-time direct service requirements

• Communicate regularly with supervisors and family/collateral contacts

• Deliver services in natural settings such as homes, daycares, or community spaces

What You Bring:

• Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) licensure as an Occupational Therapist through the North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

• Early Intervention or pediatric experience is helpful, but not required

• A genuine passion for helping young children grow and thrive
