Patient Care Coordinator

• Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process with professionalism and warmth

• Schedule and confirm appointments to keep the day running smoothly

• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients

• Support financial conversations and present treatment plans

• Maintain accurate patient records in dental software

• Coordinate effectively with clinical staff to ensure excellent care delivery

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
