Bright Now! Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our North Olmsted location. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll help create an exceptional experience from the front desk to the treatment room.
Schedule (days/hours)TUESDAY-THURSDAY 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out process
Schedule appointments and confirm visits
Verify insurance and handle patient billing inquiries
Present treatment plans and support financial discussions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure a clean, professional, and organized front office
Qualifications
- Knowledge of dental terminology a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
Compensation
$18-20/hr
