About the Role
Amergis Staffing is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in K12 school settings in Ramona, CA. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential communication skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
+ Provide direct therapy to address speech, language, and social communication needs
+ Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
+ Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
+ Educate staff and families on strategies to support communication goals
Qualifications
+ Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
+ Valid California SLP license
+ ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
+ School-based experience preferred
+ Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
