Locations: Montpelier VT
Schedule: Part-Time | 2-3 days a week | August- late January

Soliant is conducting interviews for a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our special education team. In this role, you'll empower students with disabilities to thrive academically and functionally within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and interpret results for IEP development.

• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to address fine motor, gross motor, sensory, visual motor, and self-care skills.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student success.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

• Consult with staff to implement strategies that enhance student participation in learning and daily school activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state OT license and NBCOT certification .

• Familiarity with special education laws (IDEA, Section 504).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Prior school-based experience preferred.
