Summary:

The Clinical Lead Therapist - Rehabilitation role assists leadership in supervision of clinical operations of the department. This may include all Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Athletic Training provided by this department. This role will function as a licensed PT, OT, or ST and provide direct patient care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in clinical service required (Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy). Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current state license as a ST, PT or OT required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Two years of experience in field of license required.
