A school district in Albemarle, NC is partnering with Sunbelt Staffing to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This opportunity includes working with a diverse caseload of students to deliver individualized therapy and contribute to student development through active participation in IEP teams.

• Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active NC SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

• School-based experience is a plus but not required
