Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in Illinois . This position focuses on students ages 3-21 , helping them develop essential communication skills through a fully remote, interactive teletherapy platform .

• Full-time, 100% remote
• Caseload: 38 students, 1,650 minutes of direct therapy per week
• 20 minutes of weekly consult
• Disabilities include Autism and Emotional Disabilities (AAC device experience preferred)
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions, evaluations, and IEP compliance
• Work closely with SLPA staff onsite and provide guidance as needed

• Illinois SLP License & PEL required
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• 2+ years of school-based experience required
• Previous experience with teletherapy platforms (Zoom, VocoVision, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting
