Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in Illinois . This position focuses on students ages 3-21 , helping them develop essential communication skills through a fully remote, interactive teletherapy platform .

• Full-time, fully remote role
• 38 students, 1,650 minutes per week of direct virtual therapy
• 20 minutes of consult per week
• Disabilities include Autism and Emotional Disabilities (some students require AAC support)
• Conduct virtual assessments, direct therapy, and intervention plans
• Work closely with IEP teams, parents, and classroom teachers
• Maintain compliance with school policies and documentation standards

• Active Illinois SLP License & PEL certification
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
• Experience with teletherapy required (Zoom, PresenceLearning, or similar platforms)
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to virtual learning environments
