Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Monson, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role within a supportive and collaborative school district in Monson, Massachusetts . This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication and academic success of K12 students .

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support communication goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate strategies into the classroom

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions

• Educate staff and parents on communication strategies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Massachusetts

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) may be considered

• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
