Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Westborough, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive and inclusive school district located in Westborough, Massachusetts. This is a valuable opportunity to support K12 students in developing their communication skills and achieving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) targeting specific communication goals

• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into the learning environment

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student progress

• Offer training and resources to staff and families on effective communication techniques

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered

• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
