Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Waltham, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive and inclusive school district located in Waltham, Massachusetts. This is a meaningful opportunity to help K12 students strengthen their communication skills and succeed academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with targeted communication goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into daily instruction

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight into student progress

• Provide training and support to staff and families on effective communication techniques

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered

• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills

• Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality
