Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Paxton, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive and inclusive school district located in Paxton, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate individual student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with targeted communication objectives

• Provide direct speech and language therapy in both one-on-one and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into daily instruction

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input on student progress and support strategies

• Educate staff and families on effective communication tools and best practices

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to professional ethics and student confidentiality
