Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Grafton, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive and inclusive school district located in Grafton, Massachusetts. This is a meaningful opportunity to help K12 students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine individual student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with targeted communication goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to incorporate communication strategies into classroom routines

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight into student progress and goals

• Provide training and support to staff and families on effective communication techniques

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining student confidentiality
