A school-based Occupational Therapist is needed to provide services to high school students in Carmel, IN. This onsite contract position offers 25 hours per week during the normal school year (NSY) and involves managing a high school caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of high school students
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support students educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure
• Proven experience working as an OT in a school setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within an educational team
