A dedicated school district near Emporia, Kansas , is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative team focused on Early Childhood Education . This position offers consistent support, schedule flexibility, and full benefits.

• Role: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Caseload: Early childhood students with mild to moderate needs

• Schedule: Full-time (start date: New School Year)

• Location: Emporia, KS area

• License Requirement: Active Kansas (KS) SLP License

• Start Date: New School Year (NSY)

• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to support early communication, language acquisition, and foundational learning skills.

• Deliver play-based, engaging therapy in individual, small group, and/or inclusive classroom settings.

• Collaborate closely with educators, aides, and specialists to embed communication strategies into the daily routines and curriculum.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and developmentally appropriate documentation in alignment with district and state standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings , contributing speech-language expertise to support whole-child planning for preschool-aged students.
