We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in movement-based therapy, functional rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. You will work with a diverse patient population, from athletes to individuals recovering from injuries, providing hands-on treatment, movement analysis, and tailored exercise programs to optimize recovery and prevent future injuries. Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist. Certification in CPR and First Aid. Experience & Skills: 1+ years of experience in an outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehab setting preferred (new grads with strong movement-based training will be considered). Strong understanding of movement science, biomechanics, and functional training principles. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and hands-on treatment approaches. Experience working with active populations, athletes, or individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries is a plus. Ability to develop creative, evidence-based treatment plans that integrate movement re-education and performance enhancement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients. Passion for lifelong learning and staying up to date with the latest research in movement therapy and rehabilitation. Comfort with technology, including EMR systems, video analysis tools, and patient engagement platforms.
