We are seeking two passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the upcoming academic year. These full-time positions will serve students in Lafayette, CA , across both elementary (1.0 FTE) and preschool (1.0 FTE) settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students' communication development Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Provide services in both individual and group settings Caseload Details: Elementary School Caseload: ~40 students Preschool Caseload: ~10 students Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential or eligibility ASHA CCCs preferred; CFY supervision available if needed Prior school-based experience strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
