What You'll Do: Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities. Develop and implement customized OT treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic recovery. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and home programs. Contribute to a positive and dynamic rehab environment. What We're Looking For: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio. Prior SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred (but not required). Strong communication skills and an empathetic heart. PRN flexibility - weekends, holidays, and weekday shifts available.
